졸업을 축하드립니다. 2021학년도 후기 학위수여식을 다음과 같이 계획하오니 졸업예정자는 참고하여 주시기 바라며, 학위수여식에 많이 참석해 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 학사과정 졸업확정 여부는 2022년 8월 초순부터 유레카→마이유레카→학사→졸업→졸업확정여부조회에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
1. 학위수여식
가. 일시 및 장소: 2022. 8. 26(금) 10:00, 대강당 (약 1시간 소요)
나. 행사 참석 대상자: 2022년 8월 졸업자
다. 복장: 졸업가운, 모자, 술, 후드(석․박사) 착용
라. 입장: 학위수여식 당일 오전 9시 40분까지 대강당에 개별 입장하여 정해진 좌석에 앉아 주십시오.
학위수여식이 진행되는 동안에는 입장 또는 퇴장할 수 없습니다.
마. 졸업증서 및 교원자격증, 학위기는 학위수여식이 끝난 후 소속 전공(학과) 사무실에서 받아 가시기 바랍니다.
2. 졸업가운 및 후드, 모자 대여/반납(학사 및 일반대학원 석사)
가. 대여기간: 2022. 8. 22(월) ~ 8. 29(월) 예정 (각 대학(원) 및 학과 사무실 확인)
나. 대여장소: 소속 전공(학과) 사무실
(대여기간 및 장소는 각 대학/대학원 별로 다를 수 있으므로, 소속 대학/대학원 사전 확인 요망)
다. 박사학위 수여자는 졸업가운 및 후드, 모자를 각자 준비하여야 합니다.

3. 유의사항
가. 학위수여식 사전연습: 8. 26(금) 09:00, 대강당 / 박사․석사․학사학위 수여 대표자 참석
나. 학위수여식이 엄숙하게 진행될 수 있도록 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.
다. 전문/특수대학원 졸업생의 졸업과 관련된 사항은 해당 대학원 행정실로 문의하시기 바랍니다.
라. 행사가 진행되는 대강당에는 행사 참석 대상자(2022년 8월 졸업자)만 출입 가능하며, 축하객 등 참석 대상자가 아닌 사람의 출입은 제한됩니다.
마. 교내 주차공간이 부족하오니 당일 대중교통을 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 주차장 만차 시 교내 차량 입차가 전면 중단됩니다.

Below, you can find information on graduation ceremony for students graduating in August 2022.

1. Graduation Ceremony
A. Date & Venue: Welch-Ryang Auditorium(Chapel) on Friday, August 26 commencing at 10:00
The ceremony will run for approximately 1 hour.
B. Dress code: Graduation gown, hat, tassel, hood(graduate students only)
C. Please arrive no later than 09:40 and be seated at your designated seats.
(You cannot enter or leave during the graduation ceremony.)
D. Please receive your certificate at the department office after the graduation ceremony.
2. Graduation Gown Rent & Return: gown, hat, and hood(undergraduate and master student)
A. Period: Monday, August 22 to Monday, August 29
- Please check with your college/department office for details
B. Location: College/department Office
C. Doctoral students must prepare their own graduations gown, hat and hood.

3. Important Notice
A. Graduation ceremony rehearsal (student representative only):
Welch-Ryang Auditorium(Chapel) on Friday, August 26 commencing at 09:00
B. We ask for your kind cooperation to attend the ceremony in a solemn manner.
C. Inquiries for graduation of Professional/Special Graduate School should be directed to the graduate school administration office.
D. Only students who are graduating will be allowed to attend the ceremony.
E. Please use public transportation due to limited parking space.
