Intramural Student Activities
Activities may be conducted after submitting a Room/Facility Request Form and obtaining approval. (No other applications are required).
Extramural Student Activities
- Student Government Association & University Clubs: Activities may be conducted after submitting an Extramural Student Activity Request Form (Applications & Forms) to Student Service in the Student Affairs Office and obtaining approval. (Only the registered head of each organization or club may submit room requests)
- Student Governments of College, College Clubs & Individuals: Activities may be conducted after submitting an Extramural Student Activity Request Form (Applications & Forms) to the administration office of the relevant college and obtaining approval.
* Room requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the time the activity is scheduled.
