For the purpose of realizing a safe digital world, the “Digital Citizen One-Team,” established by 22 companies and professional institutions including KT, will form a consultative body divided into three divisions: Education, Technology & Research, and Damage Support. Through this, the cooperative system will be operated to establish an educational infrastructure for the right digital use culture, discover and spread clean digital tech to create a safe digital environment, and prepare practical support measures for digital victims.

The education division consists of Ewha Womans University, Seoul National University of Education, Seoul Metropolitan Government of Education and Gyeonggi-do Office of Education. It develops customized content for each life cycle from elementary school students to adults and children to parents and provides hands-on curricula using AI speakers and chatbots.

In particular, the Center for Future Education Research of Ewha Womans University plays a pivotal role in verifying and supplementing the three core values and nine detailed areas pursued by the Digital Citizen One-Team, and developing a scoring model for digital citizen-type diagnosis.
