5,806 people who passed the first round took the second exam on September 4, and 706 of them passed the final exam. Enrolled Agent(EA), or tax accountant is a tax expert who represents tax affairs under the delegation of a taxpayer and belongs to eight major professional jobs along with accountants. Following the passing of nine Ewha alumnae in the 57th exam last year, a total of seven Ewha Alumnae have done well in this year's test.

The first round of the exam, which is conducted once a year, will be conducted in a multiple choice format for four subjects, including finance, tax law, accounting, and another law subject. Next, the second round will be conducted in a descriptive short answer format for a total of four subjects: accounting 1, accounting 2, tax law 1, and tax law 2. After passing the second round exam, you will officially be an certified tax accountant.

Ms. Ha-eun Lee , who double majored in Politics and Diplomacy, said she challenged for the exam to gain both publicity and expertise. She has mentioned that, "I'm so happy to pass the exam in two years and eight months, even though the acceptance seemed so far away.” She added that, “I am planning to work in a corporation and make an expertise in a certain subject, so that I can become a tax accountant who protects taxpayers' rights, contributing to the obligations of taxpayers.”
