김승철 명예교수
김승철 교수는 이화의대 산부인과학교실 소속 교수로서 부인암 분야의 권위자이다. 서울대학교 의과대학원에서 석·박사학위를 수여받았으며, 난치성 여성암의 조기진단 및 조기재발예측 연구를 통하여 난치성 여성암을 극복하기 위한 새로운 진단기술 및 맞춤치료의 개발에 대한 연구를 보건복지부 지정 이대여성암정복 특성화연구센터에서 수행하고 있다. 김승철 교수는 특성화연구센터의 센터장(소장)을 맡아 센터 운영을 총괄하고 있다. 이대여성암병원장, 이대목동병원장, 이화융합의학연구원장 등을 역임하였으며, 이화의료원 목동병원의 발전에 기여한 바가 매우 크다. 현재까지 총 20여편의 연구논문을 SCI급 국제학술지에 발표하였다.
