  The Office of Financial Affairs assists the operation of each administrative organization and college. It consists of the Budget Department which manages the overall budget of the school; the Office of Accounting which manages the income and expenditure of cash and deposits, staff salary and account settlement; the Office of Purchasing which buys and procures the materials and equipments for offices and general management; the Office of Facilities which maintains and repairs all facilities within the school and construction of new facilities; and the Office of Treasury and Finance Management which manages school funds.

  The Office of Budgeting distributes Ewha's overall budget, approves budget execution, and makes future financial plans by analyzing the variances between budget and expenditures, ensuring an effective and transparent budget use. It secures the final budget through the Advisory Committee on Budget and Settlements, and discloses the information online and through the school’s newspaper.

  The Accounting Department is in charge of Ewha's overall accounting, including general accounting, special accounting and entrusted accounting. Its main duties involve expenditure and operation of cash and deposits, staff and lecturer salaries, receiving and settling all incoming money including tuition, rapid and precise payment of funds according to the departments’ expense report, and taxation business such as imposing and collecting withholding tax from the staff and lecturer salaries.  
     
Facilities Maintenance

  The Office of Facilities maintains, oversees and repairs existing facilities in order to make a safe and comfortable environment for the school's staff and students; authorizes new and additional construction for the school's long-term development plan; and supervises all other construction related work. The office takes repair orders from the university and its administrative organs, comes up with a budget, and places the material order with the Office of Purchasing. Construction begins upon the approval of the Office of Budgeting.
The Office of Facilities also controls the Human Ecology Building’s and the Student Union Building’s theaters in their cooling and heating systems, and light usage, and sets up the stage and scaffold for school events.

  The Office of Purchasing is in charge of purchasing machinery, expendables, office equipment, and other building and maintenance goods for the school’s education, research and administrative work. It also selects the businesses for prints, construction, service, etc. In addition, the office procures foreign supplies and is in charge of leasing student facilities.
