The Department of Academic Affair deals with courses and personnel management. It is in charge of the curriculum and course management of the undergraduate and graduate schools. The department plans the course and exam schedules, summer/winter sessions, course syllabus and evaluation, attendance, part-time lecturer schedules, etc. It also oversees the faculty in their appointment and dismissal, evaluation, rewards and discipline, and certificates. |

The registrar keeps the record of undergraduate and graduate students from their admissions to graduation, in registration, course registration, grades, completion and graduation. It also oversees changes in the register such as leave of absence, return from leave, voluntary withdrawal, dismissal, and readmission, as well as office work related to choosing/changing majors, minors, double majors, and the curriculum. It also issues licenses including teaching licenses and lifelong educator licenses (2nd grade), and holds the register and student records. |

English Program Office(EPO)

The English Program Office oversees the English courses I~IV. It supervises course registration, exams, grades, and manages the course books and materials. The office hosts English camps, organizes English related majors, and runs an English clinic to help students in English composition as well as a media lab for students to practice English using multimedia. |
