Introduction
As the 1st international summer program in Korea, the 2011 Ewha International Summer College is a credit bearing academic program, which also provides intensive language course, and numerous extracurricular activities.
The 2011 Ewha International Summer College will run two separate sessions: Session I (June 24 - July 23) and Session II (August 1 - August 12) to better cater to the various cultural and academic needs of students from the diverse global institutions.
For Session I which runs for 4 weeks, the participants will be able to choose two courses and earn 6 academic credits. For Session II which runs for 2 weeks, the participants can earn 3 academic credits through the tailor- made program for "2011 Introductory Korean Studies."
The category of courses available for students will be diverse including: Korean Culture, Korean Languages, East Asian & Korean Studies, Law, Politics & Culture, Fine Arts & Design to Economics & Business categories.
Ewha International Summer College welcomes both genders, undergraduate and graduate school students, and high school graduates with college admission.

Procedure
Step 1. Create an account at the online application site at:
             http://was1.ewha.ac.kr:8320/epas/epas_tsd/
Step 2. Submit application and upload all documents and materials required for the
            application. All applications should be submitted online, and no paper
            applications will be accepted.
Step 3. Wire transfer the Application Fee** and receive Admission Letter via email
            from EISC.
Step 4. Wire transfer the Tuition Fee.
Step 5. Send Pre-departure Checklist.
Step 6. Come to Ewha!

** Application Fee (non-refundable) & Tuition fee:
     Both waived for exchange students participating at exchange status
and nominated by their home institutions.

Please visit the nearest South Korean embassy or consul in your home country for accurate information. Take note that foreign nationals who participate in a short study abroad program such as the International Summer College program in Korea can only stay for a maximum of 90 days only without a visa.
